In order to advertise on any page of our website, your business must be in direct correllation to the business type and service area of the webpage on which you wish to advertise. Unfortunately, should your business not meet this criteria, we will be unable to add your business to the page.

1.2

We cannot guarantee that all advertising applications can be processed. Your submission will be checked for validity, and suitability prior to the addition / insertion of your information into our website.

1.3

We have the right to refuse any application (or remove any advertising material and/or listing from our website) at our sole discretion.

2.1

Under no circumstances will your advertisement, website (or links within your website) contain any material of a violent or graphic nature including (but not limited to) pornography and/or material of an illegal nature. In the event that your advertisement, website (or links within your website) displays material of this nature (at any time),  immediate termination of your advertising will occur (and all online advertising material will be removed from our website).

3.1

Should we deem your advertising or website to be in breach of any Australian guidelines and laws and/or the guidelines specified in this document and/or we believe you are bringing our website into disrepute, immediate termination of your advertising will occur (and all online advertising material will be removed from our website).

3.2

In the event that your submission is declined (or removed from our website), we will contact you and outline the reasons behind our decision. All decisions are final and we will not enter into negotiations regarding re-instatement of your advertising material and/or refund of advertising monies paid.

4.1 

The email address you have provided will be used to send all correspondence relating to your online advertisement. This will include monthly advertising renewal information, invoices, advertising updates, etc.). It is your responibility to ensure that we always hold the correct and current contact details.

4.2

In the event that you advise us of a change in your contact details and/or business information, we will forward a confirmation email to the supplied email address (within 7 days). In the event that you do not receive this confirmation, it is your responsibility to notify us of this change immediately.

5.1

All advertising submissions are added to our website on a "first in, first served" basis. Fees are required to be paid prior to the insertion of any advertising on our website.

5.2

It is your responsibility to ensure that all advertising monies are paid by the due date. In the event that you do not make payment by the due date, your online advertising position may be lost. Should your wish to re-list your business at a later stage, your information will be added as a "New Advertiser" (and your original page position may no longer be available).

6.1

Whilst all preventative measures will be taken, no guarantee is provided that our website will be uninterrupted or error free.

7.1

All payments are non-refundable in the event of listing cancellation.

8.1 

Our web pages and designs are under strict copyright and remain the sole property of S.J. Byrne (ABN 50 942 449 586) at all times. Under no circumstances are web pages, web concepts, HTML coding or page scripting, to be copied or used in any way.

9.1 

All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. In the event that changes to our advertising terms and conditions occur, we will forward email correspondence to notify advertisers.

10.1 

You agree that the use of our website is done so at your own risk.

10.2

You accept full and complete liability for any costs, loss of income or other expenses incurred as a result of your failure to comply with the guidelines specified within this document.

10.3

You shall have no right to bring any claim against S.J. Byrne should:

• Your online advertisement be refused or be unable to be processed; and / or

• Any action (legal or otherwise) be taken by a third party against you due to the content or photos contained within the web pages of your website; and / or

• Web hosting errors or interruptions occur.
